Please note our policies. They have been created to improve your experience and to enhance our ability to serve you at NATIVE2NATURE.

 

Credit card policy

NATIVE2NATURE Esthetics requires all clients to provide a valid credit card which we will put on file on a secure network.

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you and therefore require 24-hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than this notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. No shows will result in charging you100% of the service. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. In order to better serve you, please cancel or reschedule your appointments through the Scheduling Portal ONLY. Click the blue Sign In button, enter your phone number, and you will have access to all of your upcoming appointments. Cancellations will no longer be accepted via social media or text. *If cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please call*

Appointment Time

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival. We look forward to seeing you!

 

Cell phones

To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa room. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa if possible. We understand if you need to keep your phone on vibrate with you for emergency calls, as life happens.

Children

To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, only the person receiving the service may be in the spa facility. With the exception of a child receiving a facial, then a parent must be present in room with child at all times. Childcare is not provided at the Spa.

 

Age requirements

Clients must be 18 or have a parent or guardian sign a consent to receive services. Any client under 16 years of age must have a guardian present during service.

 

Returns

NATIVE2NATURE will exchange or issue store credit for unused products, within 14 days of purchase. Past gift cards that were purcahsed are non-refundable. They may be used on services and NATIVE2NATURE skincare products in house only. Thank you!

 

Gratuity 

Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash, check or credit card payment. 

Our best reward is your personal recommendation to our spa!

Fresh Faced

Please arrive makeup free. This allows me to use that time on the treatment and less on makeup removal. 

​
