Policies

 

Please note our policies. They have been created to improve your experience and to enhance our ability to serve you at NATIVE2NATURE.

 

Credit card policy

NATIVE2NATURE Esthetics requires all clients to provide a valid credit card which we will put on file on a secure network. The credit card that is put on file does not have to be the one used at checkout the day of your service.

Payment

IF you pay using cash, you will receive a 5% discount! If you pay using a card you will be charged a 3% credit card service fee. Checks are accepted (no fee or discount applied).

Cancellation Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you and therefore require 24-hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than this notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee on the credit card given. No shows will result in charging you100% of the service. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. In order to better serve you, please cancel or reschedule your appointments through the Scheduling Portal ONLY. Click the blue Sign In button, enter your phone number, and you will have access to all of your upcoming appointments. Cancellations will no longer be accepted via social media or text.

Appointment Time

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of the appointment and forfeit your treatment. I try to keep everyone's treatments running as smoothly as possible! I look forward to seeing you!

 

Cell phones

To avoid disruption of calming treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa room. Please silence your cell phones before entering the treatment room if possible. We understand if you need to keep your phone on vibrate for emergency calls, as life happens!

Children

To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, only the person receiving the service may be in the spa facility. With the exception of a child receiving a facial, then a parent must be present in room with child at all times. If you have a young baby, you may bring them in the treatment room. Childcare is not provided at NATIVE2NATURE Esthetics.

 

Age requirements

Clients must be 18 or have a parent or guardian sign a consent to receive services. Any client under 16 years of age must have a guardian present during service.

 

Returns

NATIVE2NATURE will exchange or issue store credit for unused products, within 14 days of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards may be used on services and skincare products in house only. Thank you!

 

Gratuity 

Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash, check or credit card payment. 

Our best reward is your personal recommendation to your friends and family!

Fresh Faced

Please arrive makeup free. Your face will get cleansed, however, this allows me to use that time on the treatment and less on makeup removal.
